18.04.2020 tarih ve 31103 sayılı Resmi Gazetede yayınlanan “2424 sayılı Cumhurbaşkanı Kararı – İthalat Rejimine Ek Karar” ile;

 

Karar kapsamında tahsil edilecek İlave Gümrük Vergisi (İGV) oranları Ek-1 ve Ek-2 de yer alan tablolarda belirtilmiştir.

 

EK-1 de GTİP’leri belirtilen ürünlere 01.10.2020 tarihinden itibaren,

EK-2 de GTİP’leri belirtilen ürünlere ise kararın yayınlandığı tarihten 30.09.2020 tarihine kadar (bu tarih dahil) uygulanacak olan İlave Gümrük Vergileri (İGV) gösterilmiştir.

 

 

İlgili Karar ekte sunulmuş olup, yayımı tarihinde yürürlüğe girmiştir.
